Discounts
Applicable discounts will be given to sponsors who confirm their sponsorship with a complete application submission by the published schedule.
Discounts do not apply to Networking Party, Networking Lunch, Barista Coffee, Co-brand Activation, Power Bites and Collectables sponsorships.

Sponsorship confirmation
Confirmation of sponsorship level, where there is a limited number of places, will be based on earliest submission of application.

All sponsorships are subject to approval by OpenText. Successful sponsors to be notified by Friday, 09 January 2026.
