With over a decade of experience leading HR and people systems business transformations, Colette has delivered end-to-end SAP/Success Factors and HR technology programs across complex, global mining operations and diverse industries including heavy industry, fintech, and entertainment logistics. Currently People & Culture Lead – Systems at Evolution Mining, Colette designs and delivers P&C business wide system projects, combining strong HR leadership with deep systems expertise. Her career spans roles across multi disciplinary HR areas including business partnership, project management and senior leadership with a consistent focus on scalable, innovative solutions with a particular interest in the employee experience. Colette has implemented both Open Text Core and Document Generation at Evolution Mining and will bring her insights to the table at our Sydney Summit in 2026.
