• Diamond applications must be submitted by 3 November 2025.
• Application must include proposed session title, speaker information, customer name and draft synopsis of presentation.
• Presentation proposal must be approved by OpenText for confirmation of Diamond sponsorship level and will be advised by 17 November 2025.
• In the event that multiple sponsorship applications are received for the same solution, selection will be based on session presentation proposal and thereafter, the earliest submission of application.
• Diamond presentation includes time for an introduction by the partner before the customer story. Please refrain from promoting partner services unrelated to the integrated OpenText solution or customer story.
• Customer story must be presented by a customer during the session.

If required information is not fulfilled within published key sponsorship deadlines, OpenText reserves the right to replace the speaking session and/or refund the sponsorship fees.
