Mamta is a Senior Manager in the Observability & Service Management AIOps (OpsBridge) product management team, working with the portfolio for more than 15 years. Her key focus areas are AIOps including Generative AI, Monitoring, Event Management and Analytics, spanning across Operations Manager (OBM) and other Observability products. In her 25+ years of industry experience, she has worked with various organizations, playing different roles in software development, marketing, solution consulting, business development, and product management. Being a strong customer advocate and using her diverse skillset and technical expertise, she works closely with R&D to define the future direction of the OpenText AI Operations Management products.
