Hari Sharma FCA, BFP VP – Technology Alliances Platform and Incubation Partnerships • Hari is responsible for strategic software partnerships for SAP’s Business AI Platform, aligning these partners in lock-step with SAP’s business AI strategy to drive superior customer value and mutual growth. • Before moving to the Partner Org, Hari was part of a global value advisory team developing thought leadership and GTM strategies for the Office of the CFO, responsible for scaling the imperative of a customer value based transformation approach and the importance of oCFO as the most critical buying centre, regardless of who else is being sold to. He has an extensive consulting background, having previously led the SAP UK and EMEA Finance Practices. He has also led multi-disciplinary SAP teams in significant collaboration with the international accounting bodies, IASB and FASB, to shape the accounting standards and deliver solutions for Revenue Recognition and Lease Accounting. • Prior to SAP, Hari led the Finance practice in a boutique consultancy focused on the Retail sector, winning and delivering some of the most complex international implementations to the most recognisable high street retailers in the UK and Australia. • Hari brings more than 35 years of accounting, auditing and consulting experience, the last 16 years of which have been at SAP. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
