For more than 20 years Glen has worked across infrastructure architecture, IT service management, and platform engineering, helping organization’s structure and govern complex operational environments. Today he serve as Lead Architect across a platform area covering CMDB, ITSM, automation and monitoring capabilities, supporting a DevOps organization of 60–70 engineers across Europe and Asia. In this role he help shape the architectural direction of the platform ecosystem and ensure that configuration data, service visibility, and operational tooling work together to support scalable and reliable operations.
