Turkka Koivu is a senior technology, data, and digital executive with extensive experience leading transformation across data, analytics, networked digital business, and enterprise technology. With a background spanning Chief Data Officer, VP Data & Analytics, and commercial leadership roles, he works at the intersection of business performance, enterprise platforms, and large-scale change.

Currently VP Data & Analytics at Fiskars Group, Turkka leads teams responsible for data platforms, pipelines, advanced analytics, master data, data governance, and integration architecture, including integration platforms and EDI. A key focus in his current role is driving the practical use of AI to unlock new business value, improve efficiency, and strengthen business decision-making.

In addition to functional leadership, Turkka brings significant experience in major ERP transformations, complex programs, data workstreams, tendering processes and operating model design for IT and commercial teams.
