Jesper Schleimann is the Head of Business AI for SAP in EMEA and one of Europe’s leading voices on AI-driven enterprise transformation. Jesper oversees SAP’s AI business across the region, driving strategy, P&L, and the international organization responsible for scaling AI adoption with some of the world’s largest companies.

With more than two decades of experience across advanced analytics, AI, innovation, and enterprise strategy, Jesper helps organizations move from human-only operating models to new architectures that combine human leadership with AI-agent workforces.
He is dedicated to make enterprise AI scalable and inevitable by building repeatable pathways to outcomes, with trust and adoption engineered in -so value compounds across the organization. Working at the intersection of leadership, operating models, and execution: from executive framing and value cases to scalable adoption motions and agentic workflows. His work focuses on translating complex AI concepts into clear decisions, measurable value, and competitive advantage for executives and boards.
Jesper is part of the SAP EMEA Regional leadership team. He has a background in Advanced Analytics, AI, Sustainability, corporate innovation, and sales He has worked at SAS Institute and CSC (now DXC) before joining SAP in 2010. At SAP, he has held various managerial positions at both the Nordic and EMEA levels.

Jesper holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Copenhagen, an executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School as well as board certificate and management certification from Stanford.
