Teresa D'Andrea is a recognized leader with over 25 years of experience driving digital transformation and multi-departmental modernization across the Government of Canada. She joined the federal public service in 2001 following roles in the energy and technology sectors, bringing deep expertise in leading modernization initiatives grounded in human-centred design. 

As Assistant Deputy Minister for Enterprise Platforms at Shared Services Canada (SSC), Teresa has led enterprise-level data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and platform development initiatives that are reshaping how the federal government works and how it serves. She was previously the Chief Data Officer for Human Capital Management at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and held senior positions at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, where she advanced flagship digital and enterprise platform initiatives across departments.

 Internationally recognized for her leadership in digital service delivery, Teresa is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for public service innovation and is a frequent speaker and advisor on responsible AI and enterprise modernization. Known for her ability to bridge policy, technology, and delivery, she champions a digital ecosystem that prioritizes data sovereignty, domestic innovation, platform reuse, and ethical AI adoption. Teresa is deeply committed to modernizing public service delivery in ways that are compassionate, transparent, and meaningful, ensuring technology improves the experience of employees and Canadians.
