Mohammed Shata is an Architecture Lead at Vodafone Group with 14 years’ experience providing IT Operations teams with large scale E2E service assurance and Observability solutions, supporting 12+ Vodafone local markets and managing more than 50k servers over 4 continents. Shata is currently evolving Vodafone’s strategy for service assurance towards AIOps that democratises the operations and moves to a data-driven approach which allows for improved service availability and service efficiency, e.g. automated RCA and auto-remediation that reduces major incidents impact and improves the MTTD & MTTR for such incidents.
