As Chief Product Officer (CPO), Andrew Steadman leads SBS’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product strategy and oversees all business functions that contribute to product management and innovation.

Steadman has spent the past two decades building a reputation for driving transformational product strategies at large, global organizations. He led product initiatives at Temenos and Fiserv during their transitions to SaaS business models. During his 20-year tenure at Fiserv, he pioneered the product management methodology that became the company-wide standard for software development.

He also served for three years as a Senior Director Analyst in Gartner’s Financial Services practice, where he led the firm’s research focus on payments.

In his current role as CPO at SBS, Steadman is responsible for strengthening the company’s SaaS product strategy. As the global financial services industry increasingly adopts a SaaS-first mindset, he is guiding SBS’s internal architecture to align with the cloud-based solutions it delivers to clients. This includes introducing new product methodologies and tools, scaling the product team, and continuing to foster innovation in new product development.
