Hemant Anugonda is the Assistant Vice President (Application Quality Services) for Tokio Marine North America Services. He has been with Tokio Marine for 13+ years serving various leadership roles under the Quality Services domain. During his tenure, he has brought Automation and Performance testing to the forefront. He conceptualized and realized smart homegrown automation frameworks. He also matured testing practices that cover Insure-tech platforms, Business intelligence, Infrastructure & Security within TMNAS. He has been an avid speaker at various conferences around North America.

Hemant has over 20+ years’ experience in the technology domain primarily focusing on P&C Insurance. He holds a Masters in Computer Science from Villanova University. He presently lives in Philadelphia with his wife and 2 kids.
