Ms. Menye holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Business Management, specializing in Change Leadership, from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). She also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the University of the Western Cape (UWC), a Diploma in Project Management, and multiple certificates in IT Governance, Information and IT Risk Management, ICT Management, and general management. Before joining SANRAL, Ms. Menye served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC). She has more than 20 years of work experience, with extensive leadership exposure across both the public and private sectors. Her professional expertise spans a wide range of strategic and operational areas, including business and ICT strategy development and implementation, digital transformation, intelligence gathering, risk management, information security management, programme and project management, financial oversight, corporate governance and ethics management. held key roles in reputable organisations such as the Road Accident Fund (RAF), South African Revenue Service (SARS), National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA), Armscor, Mpact and the Public Investment Corporation (PIC). In addition to her executive roles, Ms. Menye has made significant contributions to governance and oversight through her involvement in several boards and committees.
