Ulandi Greyling is a seasoned Program and Project Manager with more than 25 years of experience delivering business and technology transformation initiatives across the insurance, banking, mining, higher education, and consulting sectors. Beginning her career at Richards Bay Minerals and progressing through roles in programming, business analysis, and project management, she has built a reputation for successfully rescuing complex projects and leading large-scale integration, business change, and digital transformation programs. Currently with the Sanlam Project Management Office, Ulandi leads strategic initiatives including application retirement, digital transformation, and enterprise archiving programs, including the implementation of OpenText InfoArchive to support application decommissioning and cloud migration. She holds a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Business Analysis qualification, and a MiniMBA. An entrepreneur at heart, Ulandi has owned and managed both a consulting practice and a specialized stained-glass business, earning recognition as the Western Cape winner and national runner-up in the South African Council for Businesswomen awards. She is passionate about mentoring, community service, and helping organizations realize value through technology and change.
