Performance Testing is not only my job it’s a passion. It’s exciting to identify bottlenecks and help remediate them in enterprise applications. I enjoy leading a team of highly skilled professionals to prevent performance issues that would otherwise impact the delivery of care to patients. My team focuses on designing performance test solutions for enterprise applications that have tens of thousands of users. I'm a big believer in becoming GLUE to the organization - creating stickiness with your peers, directs, and project members so that you are seen as constantly improving yourself and the company you work for to add value and helping others do the same.
