About Remzi
Remzi Cirit is a seasoned IT Monitoring (ITOM) professional with over 19 years of experience at OpenText/HP/HPE/Microfocus. He has worn many hats throughout his career, including consultant, technical services expert, support engineer, tester, architect, and implementer. His deep knowledge of ITOM products like OBM, APM, SiteScope, RUM, BPM, OBA, NNMI, NA, and UCMDB, allows him to effectively design and implement solutions. Ali Yilmaz is also a skilled trainer, having delivered more than 300 training sessions on ITOM products. Additionally, he possesses expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and has conducted over 15 sessions on how to leverage AI for ITOM implementations.
