Alex is Head of Accessibility, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Guide Dogs. He is responsible for setting and driving the ADEI strategy and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure an equitable and inclusive experience for all.

His own lived experience of vision impairment and being a guide dog owner is an invaluable asset in his role. Outside of work, Alex enjoys the gym and the odd fitness challenge, cooking and eating out; and is a proud dad to his four-year old son.
