Mike has spent the last 25 years focused on IT Operations Management tools whilst working for top hardware vendors like Sun Microsystems, IBM and HPE. Mike now works as a Solution Consultant for the OpenText IT Operations Management toolset with a specific focus around Service and Asset Management and the underlying Configuration Management (CMDB) with Discovery. He relates everything that IT does back to the business value through business services and this is where IT Discovery becomes a critical foundational component of any ITOM solution.
