Carl Duncan is the General Manager at WyldLynx and is responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, project governance, IT policy and the day-to-day running of the business. His history of working on the “other side of the fence” in Government, he has instigated and successfully completed diverse and large-scale projects, particularly with respect to Information Management, system rollouts and business improvement projects. In doing so he has rapidly acquired and applied new knowledge and developed and implemented appropriate guidance materials, policies and pro. These projects have led Carl to become well versed in State and Local Government information management practices.
