Mark has worked as an information management specialist for more that 21 years across a number of agencies and large departments in WA Government. A speciality in implementing EDRMS's and governance frameworks has been at the forefront with particular focus on using Content Manager functionality. Mark has experience in the implementation and use of file analysis software, particularly Control Point and recently Voltage Fusion, now known as CDDRI. Mark is currently working as Manager Information Governance at North Metropolitan TAFE and has embarked on the journey of protecting the College's collection of sensitive personal information held in various repositories.
