I've been working in various aspects of IT for over 25 years, 6 of those with NESA. Training TRIM for 5 years, then worked for a HP partner for another 5 years where I performed upgrades and rolled out TRIM to greenfield sites. In 2019 I applied for a TRIM Administrator role at NESA working on continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of TRIM and Records and Information Management from technical to training, scripting to support, and automation to advocation.
