In this role, Cyril manages the Operations Centre team which provides the first level support for the services being sold worldwide. Cyril is committed to collaborating with employees, clients and suppliers for opportunities for continuous improvement in customer support and service delivery for Envirosuite's multitude of customers around the globe. Launched in February 2022, Envirosuite Support Hub (using OpenText SMAX) has transformed Envirosuite's approach to customer support and engagement.
