Richard has led Operations Management and Digital Transformation initiatives in multiple geographical locations, including the US, Europe, and Australia primarily in Public Sector, Healthcare and Financial Services. He has developed a deep passion for understanding client industries and needs, nurturing trusted relationships, and leading large Managed Services contracts and digital transformation programs. Prior to OpenText, he worked for EDS, HP, and Microsoft.

His approach emphasises collaboration and the cultivation of a cohesive teaming culture, recognising that exemplary results stem from collective effort. To deliver world-class operations, Richard focuses on a contemporary experience for end-users, implementing solutions that are affordable in light of fiscal pressures, and running services that are sustainable and operationally excellent.
