Vicky Giavelli leads the product management team for the Performance Engineering portfolio within OpenText. She has more than 17 years of industry experience working with automated performance testing. With roots as a software engineer, Vicky has built a successful career leading IT initiatives for enterprise software and cloud computing projects. Prior to her product management role, Vicky held a variety of technical positions starting as developer and then moving to pre-sales, professional services and support all of them related to performance engineering, automation and monitoring. She has a computer science degree from Universidad Internacional de las Americas in Costa Rica and a business degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
