When the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) launched an organisation-wide Secure Development program a few years ago, the first step was introducing Secure Coding training. Proper training of developers was seen as the absolute basis for delivering more secure software. In this talk Sebastiaan Rijnbout will share how the Secure Coding training program was created, what impact it had on development security and share important lessons learned.
