In this customer‑led session, Argenta shares how it built strong IAM foundations with OpenText™ Identity Manager and later expanded its governance capabilities with Identity Governance. We’ll discuss the architectural and operating‑model choices that proved effective in practice, including our sandbox‑first upgrade approach and a clear division of responsibilities between the internal IAM team and OpenText experts for complex incidents, upgrades, and product guidance.
